Put on another 2lbs. Blasted chocolate.

Sometimes making a resolution doesn’t work. Will try harder from now on.

New insentive introduced: no takeaway or eating out until I’ve lost 7lbs from my current weight. I reckon that’s do-able within a month of proper concentration.
